- Shareholding period , minimum 5 years. Minimum shareholding of 50 shares.
- In case of joint shareholding , benefits are given to the Member whose name appears 1st.
- Saraswat Bank's employees are not eligible for the Scheme.
- Accounting year is from January to December i.e. Calendar Year.

Prizes to Meritorious Students , Bank is giving Prizes to the meritorious children of shareholders :
Member desirous of availing this facility may apply to the bank along with the attested copy of the mark sheet of his/her children. The concerned child should have passed examination in the first attempt securing minimum % of marks given as below. Application for awarding prizes should be submitted within a period of six months from the date of declaration of results. |
