Saraswat Samruddhi Overdraft Scheme
Eligibility	70% of the cost of market value of the security as per valuation done by the Bank’s approved valuersubject to eligibility as perincome proofsubmitted .
Maximum Limit	Rs 10,00,000/-
Security	Mortgage by way ofSimple Deposit of Title Deeds of the Property.(After obtaining legal clearance ) One guarantors of well placed means(Net take home salary –Rs 12000 P.M. or Minimum Net Profit of Rs 1.50 Lakhs per annum as per latest tax returns )
Rate of interest	At P.L.R.- 1
Shareholding	2.5% of sanctioned amount, maximum amount Rs 25000/-
Processing fees	1% of loan amount applied
