Saraswat Bank is happy to organise “BRIGHT MINDS” a competition where your child can showcase their painting and writing skills and win prizes too.

Competition Date:

11th November to 30th November, 2020



Highlights of the competition:

  1. Top 15 winners from each category will get a Gift Card worth Rs.1000/-.
  2. An e-certificate will be given for participation.
  3. Best entries will be showcased in the inhouse magazine, website or social media pages of the Bank.


Eligibility Criteria:

1. “BRIGHT MINDS” Competition is open for children having account with Saraswat Bank & also for children whose parents or grand-parents have account with the Bank.
2. The competition is for children in the following age Group of 5-7 years, 8-10 years,  11-14 years & 15-18 years.
3. All the entries must be received from the registered email id of the Applicant or their parents or grandparents. The email must be registered with the Bank.
4. We encourage the children to use their imaginations, hence all the drawing ideas and creative writing ideas must be original. Any copied or irrelevant content/drawing will be disqualified.
5. Essay should not be more than 200 words.
6. The drawings can be made with the use of pastel colours or crayons.
7. Competition is valid for only one entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries in the same name will be disqualified.

Steps to Participate:

Just attach the image of the painting/drawing/essay and email to us at brightminds@saraswatbank.com from your registered email IDs only.

The Email forwarded should contain the following -
  1. Name of the Participant (First Name, Middle Name & Last Name)
  2. Customer No. of the participant/ guardian/parent/grandparent (who is the customer of Saraswat Bank)
  3. Home Branch
  4. Age (in years)
  5. Gender (Male / Female)
  6. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
  7. Registered Mobile Number
  8. Alternate Contact Number
  9. Registered E-mail ID











Participant must attach his drawing/painting/essay and forward it to brightminds@saraswatbank.com email-Id as per the format mentioned above.

For participation, customers must have email ID registered with the Bank.

If email ID is not registered, customers can register the same through any of the following option:
Internet Banking: Log in to Internet Banking > Click on e-services > Select update your email id
Mobile Banking: Log in to Mobile Banking > Click on services > Select Update email id
Bank on WhatsApp: Open Saraswat Bank Chat > Type hi > Type 3 > Type 3 (Register your email id)
SMS: From registered mobile number send SMS – e.g., “EMAILID (space) abc@xyz.com” to 9223810000.
Branch: Visit nearest Saraswat Bank branch, fill & submit the Digital Channel Registration form.


General Terms and Conditions:

1. All the entries must be received from the registered email id of the participant  or their parents or grand parents and forwarded to brightminds@saraswatbank.com
2. Entries received from non-registered email IDs or any other sources will be considered as invalid/disqualified.
3. Participants must forward their entries on or before 30th November,2020 up to midnight. Entries received after stipulated time will not be considered for evaluation.
4. The attachments shared should be clear & readable in .jpeg format (Max. Size of 25 MB only).
5. Participant must mandatorily mention the required details as given above under Steps to participate.
6. The participants should submit entries relevant to their age groups.
7. The participant should use his / her own materials for drawing and essay writing. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
8. Originality of the content will form an integral decision-making factor.
9. Drawing should strictly be in pastel or crayon colors & Essay should be handwritten and in English only. The Essay should not exceed 200 words.
10. The results of the said campaign will be declared by 10th January 2021. The winners would be sent email intimation and they will have to visit their respective branch for collecting their gift cards.
11. The gift card received by winners cannot be exchanged/transferred/redeemed for cash or any other prizes.
12. The shortlisted participants may be asked to submit their drawing/painting/essays to the nearest branches.
13. By submitting an entry to the competition, you give Saraswat Bank a consent for your entry to be published anywhere & grant Saraswat Bank a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to republish your Competition entry.
14. Saraswat Bank takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered due to technical or other reason.
15. The decision of the Bank shall be final, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding this.
