Purpose

Personal Use

Type of Applicants

1.Resident Individual:
• Salaried employees of organizations like Limited Companies, body corporate, proprietorship firms, partnership firms, firm’s partners, and Directors of a Company.
• Self-employed / Professional / Businessman / Proprietor
• Pensioners (Govt. employees/ Reputed private limited company /limited company)
2. Non-Resident Individual:

•This facility cannot be extended to Non-Resident Individuals,

3. Directors of Saraswat Bank and Family Member of Directors:
•This facility cannot be extended to Directors of Saraswat Bank and Family Member of directors

Age Criteria

Salaried Employees - 18 to 65 years
Businessmen - 18 to 70 years

Income Criteria

For salaried persons, the minimum net take home salary should be as per scheme wise as follows:
1. Unsecured regular scheme: Rs.25,000/-
2.Unsecured CIBIL1, CIBIL2, Two-wheeler, Car Loan: Rs.10000/-
For businessmen, self-employed and professionals, the minimum Gross Income should be Rs. 1.50 Lakhs p.a.

Card Limit Minimum of Rs. 10,000/- and Maximum of Rs. 5,00,000/-
* (The individual Credit Card limit together with other unsecured borrowings by an individual should not exceed the permissible unsecured limit of Rs.500000/- for an individual borrower)

Nominal Membership of Rs. 100 for Card Limit upto Rs. 1,00,000/-
Regular shareholding of Rs. 500 for Card Limit above Rs. 1,00,000/-

Latest Photograph, Photo Identity Proof, Residence proof of the Applicant.
In case of salaried person, salary slips for last 3 months are required.

Use your Credit Card prudently:

Credit cards come with legal contracts. Hence, it is important that you are aware of their terms and conditions, when you sign up for them. Please read your credit card application carefully to know about your card's features and associated Terms and Conditions.

The information mentioned in small prints may have big impacts on your fees, charges and usage conditions. While some T&Cs are similar on all cards, there are many others that may be particular to the ones you are applying for, so we recommend that you go through all of them.

Tips for your Credit Card usage:

Ensure the safety & security of your Credit Card details including Card number, PIN number, Card expiry date, CVV (security code). Do not share the card details & OTP with any known/ any unauthorised person.

Ensure that your current mobile number is updated at bank records to ensure the receipt of transaction alerts through messages.

Also, if you are traveling abroad, please stay informed about the benefits you can avail, loss/ theft of card, card Insurance plans etc.

Be vigilant and check your credit card statements/ transaction alert SMS carefully for any suspicious transaction(s). If you ever notice any unsolicited transaction, immediately report the same.

EMI on Credit Card

Transaction Amount : Minimum Rs. 2,500/-

Other Conditions :

a) Request for conversion to EMI facility is required to be submitted within 30 days from the date of transaction.

b) Request for conversion can be submitted through email on creditcards@saraswatbank.com or by a written request submitted to any of the Saraswat Bank Branch mentioning the Transaction details and tenure for which the transaction is to converted to EMI.

c) Transactions related to Cash withdrawal, Jewellery purchase, fuel and its surcharge, etc. cannot be converted into EMI.

d) The EMI facility can be closed prematurely by repaying the entire amount and sending a request for reversal / closure of the EMI facility through email on creditcards@saraswatbank.com or by a written request submitted to any of the Saraswat Bank Branch.
