1. Offer is available on only “ONE” successful transaction done by cardholder on www.grofers.com or Grofers mobile app by using Saraswat Bank Credit (primary cardholder)/ Debit Card during the Offer Period from 14th December 2020 - 18th December 2020 both days inclusive.
2. Offer is valid to all Debit and Credit Card holders.
3. Saraswat Bank Debit and Credit Card Offers are non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable
4. The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
5. The offer will be valid for POS transaction made at merchant outlet.
6. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
7. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Saraswat Bank or by Merchant.
8. This Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only, Grofers & Saraswat Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.
9. Cashback will not be applicable on advance booking, it is valid only for invoices prepared within offer period.
10. In case of Sales return, cash back offer would be cancelled.
11. Discount will be calculated on the net paid amount
12. Coupon code will not be applicable if a cart contains aby Baby food product
13. Minimum Checkout amount should be Rs.1500 after excluding the Grofers Cash
14. Discount is not applicable for cash on delivery transactions.
15. Nothing expressed or implied in the offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing card member agreement with the Bank
16. The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable
17. Grofers reserve the right to disqualify any card member from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the card.

Grofers reserves the right, at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it

1) What is the offer?
    10% instant discount up to Rs.300 on minimum transaction of Rs.1500 on Saraswat Bank Credit Card/Debit, purchase on www.grofers.com / Grofers app between 16th November 2020 - 20th November 2020.

2) How can I avail the offer?
    Just go through the normal purchase process and ensure to make payment with your Saraswat Bank Credit/Debit Card on Grofers website/ application.

3) What is the minimum transaction amount for the offer?
    The minimum transaction amount is Rs.1500

4) What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
     The maximum discount possible per Credit/ Debit Card during the offer period is Rs.300

5) I did not receive the discount, Why?
    Please make sure you are using an eligible card and have purchased product worth Rs. 15000 or more.

6) What if I cancel my order?
     This Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting
     the instant discount amount

Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Saraswat Bank Card user due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Saraswat Bank Card user. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Saraswat Bank Card user.
5. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and conditions.
6. Saraswat Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it.
7. In the event of circumstances arising outside of Bank purview, which in Bank’s opinion makes it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel the Offer, Bank reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel the Offer at any time without any prior notice.
8. Bank shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human error whatsoever, like wrong pin number being entered by card holder.
9. Bank does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed data. Bank reminds you of the nature and limitations of Card transactions and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human error, things outside the control of Bank that may affect entry/participation to the Saraswat Bank Credit/ Debit Card offer.
10. Saraswat Bank Credit/Debit Card user understands and agrees that participation in the offer is good and sufficient consideration for you to agree and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the utility, if any, shall be addressed to Utility provider directly without any reference to Saraswat Bank.
12. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against Saraswat Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Bank.
13. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services/ utilities for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason.
14. Saraswat Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation.
15. Saraswat Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
