1. Registration is mandatory for availing discounts on Health Checkup
2. Registration window for discounted health checkup is open from 4th March 2020 to 31st March 2020 ONLY
   (both days inclusive)
3. On registration, customers will receive offer Code through SMS on their registered mobile number.
4. Only one offer code per registration will be issued.
5. Display of Offer Code at Diagnostic center along with Photo Identity Proof is mandatory to avail the offer.
