Minor by guardian
Organizations
Co-op societies (Registered under Society Registration Act, 1860)

Minimum balance:

Initial deposit for opening the account is Rs.5000/-
Average quarterly balance to be maintained is Rs. 5000/-

Rate of Interest:

3% p.a. w.e.f. 1st June 2020

Free Personal Accident Cover of Rs. 2 lacs:

First year free
2nd year onwards Rs.26/- inclusive of applicable Tax

Special facilities/features:

40 personalized cheque leaves free in a financial year. thereafter Rs 4 /-per cheque leaf.
4 DD/PO free on Saraswat Bank locations in a financial year.
Online Internet Banking, Mobile Banking Facility is free.
NEFT/ RTGS transactions online are free.
Demat account : 1st year no annual maintenance charges.
AMC waiver for first 3 years on Rupay/Visa debit cards.
No cash handling charges till 300 pieces per day (T&C apply)

Service charges -

ATM transactions

Saraswat Bank ATM - First 5 financial transactions per month are free. Thereafter Rs 10/- +GST per financial transaction. Non-Financial ATM transactions are free.
Other Bank ATM - 3 transactions in Metro and 5 transactions in non-metro including financial and non-financial are free in a month. Thereafter Rs 20/- + GST per financial transaction and Rs 10/- + GST per non-financial transaction will be chargeable.

Non-maintenance of minimum Average Quarterly Balance : Rs.250/- per quarter.

Account closure charges -

Within 14 days – No penal charges
Above 14 days up to 6 months – Rs.250/- and Rs.5/- per unused cheque + GST
Above 6 months up to 1 year – Rs.150/- and Rs.5/- per unusedcheque + GST
